How are individual cards packaged for shipping?

We take card condition seriously. Single cards are placed in archival-safe sleeves and loaded into rigid top-loaders or semi-rigid holders, then secured in bubble mailers to prevent bending or moisture damage during transit.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.

Do you sell digital codes for online TCG platforms?

Yes, we offer a wide variety of digital code cards. These are typically delivered instantly to your registered email address upon successful payment verification.

What is your return policy for sealed products?

Sealed products, such as booster boxes and elite trainer kits, can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, unopened factory shrink-wrap. We cannot accept returns on opened packs or individual cards.

How do you determine the condition of your 'Near Mint' cards?

Our grading team follows industry-standard guidelines. A 'Near Mint' card may show minimal wear from handling but will have no major creases, whitening, or surface scratches.
